Substance use declaration

ZERA Bioanalytics sells analytical services. It does not sell, supply, distribute, broker or hold substances for clients, and it has no commercial interest in what any result shows.

This declaration exists because the distinction matters: a laboratory that profited from a particular result would not be an independent one.

Reports state what was measured. They contain no dosing guidance, no medical or health claims, and no assessment of whether any material is safe or suitable for any purpose.

The laboratory cannot advise on whether to use a substance, how to use it, or what a measured value means for a person. Those are questions for a qualified medical professional.

A report confirming identity or purity is not an approval, a certification of safety, or a recommendation. It is a measurement of a sample.

Reports must not be reproduced or quoted in a way that presents ZERA as endorsing a product, a seller or a use. Reports may not be used as marketing material for any substance.

Clients are responsible for the legality of possessing, sending and holding the material they submit, under the law that applies to them. Submitting a sample is not a defence, and ZERA cannot advise on it.

The laboratory may decline any sample or request without stating a reason.

Contamination, heavy-metal, endotoxin and sterility screening exist so that clients can document quality parameters. They are quality and transparency tooling.

Providing that information is not encouragement to use anything. ZERA takes no position on whether any substance should be used, and does not wish to be read as taking one.
